DAMN EDDY CURRY CAN'T KEEP HIS HANDS IN HIS POCKET...FREAK BULL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dessert overdose, popping exercise balls, breaking mirrors…these things are no longer news when talking about Eddy Curry. But this is.
If any of the allegations, as reported in the New York Daily News, are true, Curry has given his family and organization reason to shake their head. Visit the report for the alleged details–they’re too ridiculous to copy here.

YO IS THE BOBCATS GOING MAKE ROOM FOR SEAN SINGLETARY...!

Raymond Felton’s name has appeared in trade rumors all season long, and the latest buzz has him being shipped off to Dallas. Depending on which media entity you want to believe, the deal was supposed to also include Nazr Mohammed and Sean May.
Here’s the Boston Globe’s take:
An NBA source said a three-team trade is in the works that would include Oklahoma City sending guard Earl Watson to Charlotte, Dallas sending center DeSagana Diop to Charlotte, and Charlotte guard Raymond Felton going to Dallas.
According to ESPN, however, trade talks have cooled off, in part due to rookie DJ Augustin’s ab injury (expected to knock him out of action for a minimum of 10 days.)
It’s unclear at this point whether or not these talks will lead to any real moves (or will even resume), but for argument’s sake, say Felton somehow ends up in Dallas, is it a good move for Cuban and co.?

SHAQ GETS TO PICK THE TEAM HE WANTS TO RETIRE FOR...ONE WORD:BOSS!!!!!

Shaquile O’Neal, the self-proclaimed Most Dominant Ever, has left an indelible mark on four NBA franchises over the course of his career. But there’s really only one League venue where he’d like to be forever remembered.
Pressed to choose the one arena where he’d most like to see his jersey hung up near the rafters, Shaq picked L.A.
walking through the hallway in Staples Center. “I was part of the greatest one-two punch in Laker history. Hopefully they still remember that.”
“In a perfect world, I have four teams, I’d be the first guy standing there with all four jerseys, number retired in all four places. It’s not something I really think about. If I had my first wish, it would be here. Because when I first came here, I made the statement I would love to have my name next to Kareem and those greats.”
There’s no need to rehash the drama that took place between Shaq and members of the Laker organization here, but needless to say, it’ll take some fence-mending before this jersey-hanging takes place. Which, all told, is pretty incredible, considering the guy did play a huge role in bringing three titles to the team.

HERE COMES AN ADDITION TO THE DYNASTY

On their way to their first title in 22 seasons last year, the Boston Celtics made some pretty shocking personnel moves. Well, if the rumors are to be believed, it appears as though they’re about to do it again.

According to ESPN’s Marc Stein and his sources, the defending champs are serious about signing Stephon Marbury. All that’s stopping this unholy union from happening right now is Marbury negotiating a buyout with the Knicks - something that has proven to be rather difficult, as you know all too well.

Although it has been widely assumed that Celtics forward Kevin Garnett would resist a reunion with the controversial point guard — after Marbury broke up their Minnesota parternship in less than three seasons together by forcing a trade to New Jersey — one Celtics source insists that Garnett has voiced no opposition to the idea of signing Marbury for the rest of the season to strengthen Boston’s backcourt depth behind starters Rajon Rondo and Ray Allen.

When asked specifically about the likelihood of Marbury joining the Celtics this season, the source predicted that “it will happen.”

Ubuntu!

The idea of Celtics fans gritting their teeth after being forced to accept Stephon Marbury as one of their own makes me very happy for some odd reason. But not quite as much as the possibility that Steph could somehow be involved in the title chase this season. Simply amazing.
